Moist Muffins
1 egg
1/2 c milk
1 c yoghurt
1/2 c melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped walnuts
1 c chocolate chips
3 tsp baking powder
1/3 c white sugar
2/3 c brown sugar
2 c flour
Lightly oil a muffin tin and preheat the oven to 190 deg C.
Put the first five ingredients into a bowl and mix well, then add
the remaining ingredients and blend until just mixed. Two-thirds
fill the muffin tins and bake for 15-20 mins.
This recipe makes 16 muffins.
