NUTTY CHOC and MARSHMALLOW MUFFINS
2 ozs cooking chocolate melted
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
1 cup sour cream or yoghurt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1.1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup walnuts
3/4 cup chopped marshmallows
Preheat oven to 400F and prepare muffin pans. Put the first six
ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add the remaining ing. except
marshmallows, blend until just mixed, then fold in the marshmallows.
Put into pans and bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 15 muffins.
