DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup castor sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
100g butter
1 egg
1 cup plain yoghurt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Sift the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Melt the butter, add
the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Add the combined
liquids to the dry ingredients and fold together until the flour
is dampened but not smooth. Divide the mixture evenly between 12
medium-sized muffin pans, Sprinkle with chocolate chips before
baking.

Bake at 200 C for 10 - 12 minutes or until the centres spring back
when pressed lightly. Leave to stand in the pans about 3 minutes
before removing and cooling on a wire rack.
