Chocolate/Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 package chocolate fudge cake mix
1 small package chocolate instant pudding mix
3/4 cup water
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup mini chocolate chips that have been frozen
1/4 tsp. almond extract

In a large mixing bowl, mix cake mix, pudding, water, eggs, oil,
and extract until smooth, using an electric mixer. Stir in by hand
the frozen chocolate chips, blending thoroughly. Spray muffin tins
with vegetable oil then fill 3/4 full. Bake at 350F about 15 minutes
or until a pick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Note: The giant muffins take about 25 minutes. Make sure not to
overbake the muffins.
