HAZELNUT MUFFINS
2 eggs
3/4 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup frangelico liqueur
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
3 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 400F, prepare pans. Combine wet mix ingredients
and mix well. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined.
Spoon into pans and bake for 15-20 minutes. Makes 12.
