Bran Muffins
3 tablespoons oil
1/2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 cups bran
1/2 cups raisins
Mix together oil, brown sugar, molasses, eggs. Add milk and then
bran. Sift flour, baking powder, soda together. Add raisins. Bake
at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes a good dozen.
