POPPY SEED MUFFINS
1 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup raisins, chopped (optional)
Combine Bisquick mix, sugar and poppy seeds; make a well in center
of mixture. Add remaining ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling half full. Bake at 400
degrees for 20 minutes or until muffin tests done.
