Pumpkin Muffins

2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c butter/margarine, softened
1/3 c packed light-brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 c solid-packed pumpkin
1/3 c milk
1/3 c honey
1/2 c chopped pecans

Line muffin cups with baking-paper cups. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix flour, baking powder, spices and salt.

Beat butter and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Add eggs,
pumpkin, milk and honey. Beat on high speed 2 to 3 minutes until
pale (will look slightly curdled). Stir in flour mixture, then the
nuts.

Spoon about 3 tbsp of batter into each cup. Bake at 350 degrees
10-15 minutes, or until cooked in center (check with a toothpick!).
