SOUR CREAM MUFFINS
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins (if desired)
Preheat oven to 375F, prepare pans. Beat egg, stir in sour cream
and milk. Combine dry ingredients except raisins and add to wet
mix. Fold in raisins, spoon into pans and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Makes 8-9 large muffins.
