Two Grain Muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup corn meal
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain, vanilla or fruited yogurt
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup melted butter

Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl. Mix yogurt and egg together
and stir in dry ingredients. Stir in melted butter. Fill buttered
muffin cups two-thirds full and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven
for 20 to 25 minutes.
