Quick Whole Wheat Muffins

3 cups whole wheat biscuit mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 1/4 cups milk

In a mixing bowl stir together biscuit mix and sugar. Combine egg
and milk and add to dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened.
Grease muffin cups or line with paper liners. Fill 2/3 full. Bake
at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins test done. Makes 1
dozen
