Belgian Waffles

3 large eggs
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 cup milk
1 tbs. vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 tbs. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs until thick. Add milk, melted butter or margarine, and
vanilla and beat well. Combine dry ingredients and add to egg
mixture. Beat until combined. Pour batter onto hot waffle iron.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
