CHEDDAR PUFF CAKE
2 eggs
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded or grated
1/8 teas. salt
1/8 teas. black pepper
2 teas. butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place butter in an oven-safe 6x8 dish
(I used pie dish). Place dish in oven while mixing the rest of the
ingredients.
Add milk to eggs and beat with a whisk, and then add flour and
seasonings. Add cheese.
Pour into heated dish and bake for 20 minutes.
It comes out as a savory baked pancake.
