Danish Pancakes
serves 4-5

1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cups butter
2 cups milk
3 eggs
3 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt.
cinnamon (optional)
vanilla (optional)
3 tablespoons beer

Warm milk and stir in the sifted flour. Stir in a little melted
butter, then the eggs, sugar, salt and last the rest of the the
melted butter and beer. Pour the lot into a jug.

Melt a little butter in a pan and pour in just a very little of
the batter so that it spreads out evenly in a thin layer covering
the whole of the bottom of pan. Fry pale and crisp on both sides.
Serve as hot as possible whit sugar and raspberry jam.
