Cinnamon Oatbran Pancakes

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup oat bran
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbs. oil
2 eggs (or equivalent egg substitute)
1 1/2 cups buttermilk

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl (I like to use the big 8 cup
Tupperware measuring "cup"). Add the wet ingredients and stir
well. As the batter sits it will get thicker, so add additional
buttermilk or regular milk to get a consistency you prefer.

If you've made pancakes before then you know how to do the rest:
Pour about 1/4 cup onto a hot griddle; turn when the top is bubbly
and serve with butter or margarine and maple syrup.
