Sour Cream Pancakes
1 egg
3/4 c sour cream
1/3 c water
1 c complete pancake mix
1 T sugar
Beat egg at high speed until thick and lemon-colored. Blend in
sour cream and water. Add pancake mix and sugar. Mix until batter
is fairly smooth. Makes about 6 medium sized pancakes.
