1 medium apple, cored and chopped
1 1/3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups baking mix
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups apple juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup butter
In blender, puree the apple, milk, egg and cinnamon; add baking
mix. Fry on a hot, lightly oiled griddle. Served with apple syrup.
Mix sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan, add juices. Cook, stirring
constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1
minute. Remove from heat; blend in butter.
