Swedish Pancakes

2 eggs
3 cups milk
1-1/2 cups flour
1 TBSP sugar
1 tsp salt
Butter or oil for frying

Then you beat the eggs and add the milk gradually along with the
sugar and salt. Use a platt pan or small frying pan. just brush it
with the oil or butter, then pour the well stirred batter into it
and fry like pancakes. Try to make them thin, that's the way most
people like them. Then you serve them with butter, lingonberry
preserves (though you can use another kind that you'd prefer) and
confectioners sugar. They are really yummy.
