Cream Waffles:
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp corn meal
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs, separated
2 cups sour cream
Sift flour, corn meal, baking soda and salt together. Beat egg
yolks and add sour cream. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in hot waffle iron.
Makes 6.
