Bread Pudding
approx. half a loaf of white bread crumbled
1/2 cup whole milk
2 eggs
1 Tbs vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
a pinch of ground cloves
Crumble bread into a baking dish. Mix all the rest of the ingredients
in a bowl. Cover bread with mixture. Bake at 325F for approximately
45 minutes or until pudding has solidified and is brown on top.
