Bread Pudding

2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/4 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups bread, cubed into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins

Oven 350 degrees F Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt:
stir in bread cubes. Stir in brown sugar and raisins. Put mixture
into casserole dish (8 X 1 3/4 inch round pan). Place pan in a
larger shallow pan. Pour water into the larger pan 1 inch deep.
Bake about 45 minutes till knife inserted halfway between center
and edge comes out clean. About 6 servings.
