Apple Nut Quick Bread
Yield: 12 servings

4 c flour
2 ts baking soda
1 ts salt
2 ts cinnamon
2 c sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c vegetable oil
1/4 c sour cream
2 ts vanilla
2 c chopped apples
1 c chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Sift together flour, baking soda,
cinnamon and salt. Set aside. Combine sugar, eggs, oil, sour
cream and vanilla; beat well. Blend into flour mixture. Fold in
apples and nuts. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour or until loaves test done.
