Applesauce 02

Applesauce bread
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 and 1/4 cups applesauce
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 cup nuts, optional
1/2 cup chopped apple, optional
Blend all the above together and place in a greased loaf pan.
Then blend together 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1 and 1/2 teaspoons
cinnamon and sprinkle over the top of the batter. Optional: add
1/4 cup chopped nuts to the topping.
Bake at 350 for one hour.
