Apricot-Raisin Quick Bread

1 3/4 cup sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup mashed apricots
1/3 cup margarine or butter soft
2 eggs unbeaten
2/3 cup raisins

Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the mashed
apricots, margarine and eggs. Beat until mixed, about 1 minute.
Add raisins. bake in a greased loaf pan about 50 minutes or until
toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
