Apricot Bread

1 box date bread mix
1 egg
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped dried apricots

Combine date bread mix, 1 cup water, and egg; mix thoroughly. Add
pecans and apricots. Blend well. Pour into greased and floured
loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool thoroughly in pan.
Slice and serve.

Yield: 15-20 servings
