BANANA-GINGERBREAD LOAF

2 1/3 cup Bisquick mix 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup chopped nuts 2 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 cup mashed large ripe bananas (about 2) 1/4 cup dark or light molasses 3 eggs
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inches. Mix baking mix, sugar, nuts, ginger and cinnamon in medium bowl. Mix bananas, oil, molasses and eggs. Stir into sugar mixture until moistened; beat vigorously, scraping bowl once, 40 strokes. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; serve with Cream Cheese-Molasses spread. Makes 1 loaf.
Cream Cheese-Molasses Spread
2 pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. molasses
Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
