Quick and Easy Beer Batter
1 cup pancake mix
1 cup beer
1/2 tsp chili powder, garlic powder, or cayenne powder, optional
Mix well to remove any lumps; may be moistened to the desired
consistency with additional beer. Can be scaled up per your
requirements. Works well in either deep fat or a frying pan.
