Beer Batter
1 1/3 pounds flour
6 ounces baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons white pepper
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon salt
4 3/4 cups beer
8 whole eggs
3 tablespoons sherry
Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Combine liquids and mix
well. Combine both and whip very well. Let sit for 30 minutes.
