CHELSEA BUN

2 packages frozen white rolls
1/4 cup glace cherries
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Butter 10" tube pan and scatter cherries in bottom.

Melt butter in saucepan and add sugar and cinnamon. Cook 2 minutes,
stirring. Take from heat and roll each frozen piece in sugar mixture.
Place in pan side-by-side. This should make 2 layers around the
tube. Pour any syrup mixture left over the top layer.

Let rise until it almost reaches top of pan. (This takes approx.
5 hours.) Bake at 350F for 1/2 hour or until golden brown. Remove
from oven and let sit for 15 minutes. Place plate on top and invert.
