MEXICAN CORNBREAD

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
4 oz can diced green chilies
16 oz can creamed corn
1/2 cup grated jack cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup flour
1 cup corn meal
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butteer, sugar, eggs. Add chilies
and corn. Mix ingredients together, add to creamed ingredients.
Then add cheese and mix. Grease and flour an 8 X 12 X 2 pan.

Redude heat to 300 degrees and bake for 1 hour.
