Cornbread

1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and mix thoroughly.
Add cornmeal to flour mixture. Mix thoroughly. Add milk, oil,
and eggs and beat until just smooth. (Do not overbeat) Pour into
greased pan (I use a round cake pan, but you could also use a square
pan if you'd like.)

Bake at 425 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
