I made this after my husband described something called "Cowboy Bread" he used to have @ school, growing up in the Texas Panhandle. It's INCREDIBLY easy and never lasts long after coming out of the oven!! It's a great, tender, light, cake that could be used for coffe cake for a brunch. The buttermilk gives it a wonderful taste that isn't heavy. You can also nuts to the topping for an EASY dessert!!
