Lemon Tea Bread
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon extract
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup nuts
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a loaf pan. Bake at
350 degrees for one hour. Makes 1 loaf.
