1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp butter
1/3 cup (approx) ice water
In bowl, stir together rolled oats, flour, sugar, baking powder
and salt. Using pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter until
crumbly. Using fork, quickly stir in water, adding a little more
if necessary to form ball.
Pat into 8-inch circle on greased baking sheet; bake in 425F oven
for 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown. Cut into wedges and
serve hot. Makes 4 servings.
