3 teaspoons baking powder
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 Tablespoons butter
2 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons sugar

Reserve about 1 tablespoon of white from one of the eggs. Beat

with the 2 teaspoons sugar, and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Variations: Add some grated orange peel and 1/2 cup of dried
