Strawberry Nut Bread
1 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon lemon flavoring
4 eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup strawberry jam
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Cream together the first 4 ingredients. Add eggs (1 at a time).
Add the dry ingredients. Then add the jam, sour cream and pecans.
Bake in 2 loaf pans for about 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
