Weetabix Fruit Loaf

2 Weetabix
6 ounces sugar
6 ounces sultanas
8 ounces self-raising Flour
8 fluid ounces milk

Crush the weetabix into fine crumbs. Add sugar, fruit and flour.
Add milk and mix well.

Pour into greased lined loaf tin. Bake at Gas Mark 4 / 350F for
60 to 70 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. When cold store in an
airtight tin.
