Yorkshire Pudding
2 c all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Heat oven to 450. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and 1/2
cup water. Beat until smooth.
Evenly divide batter among 12-cup muffin pan coated with cooking
spray. Bake 20 minutes or until browned, puffed and firm. Don't
peek during baking or they won't puff.
