Yorkshire Pudding 10

Yorkshire Pudding
2 cups flour
2 cups milk
5 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil or drippings
Whisk all together except oil. Heat oil in pan in a hot oven at
400F for 10 minutes. pour mixture in pan and cook for 10 minutes.
Turn heat down to 325F for another 20 minutes or untill puffy and
brown.
