Zucchini Bread
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
3 1/2 cups flour
2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup rasins
1 cup chopped walnuts
Mix all ingredients well. Grease or spray 2 regular loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 55 minutes. Let cool.
