Zucchini Bread
3 eggs
3 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups zucchini, grated
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup nuts, chopped
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Combine ingredients and place into two well greased loaf pans.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
