Ham & Cheese Biscuits

2 cups flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 Tablespoons butter, cut into sm. pieces
1/2 cup chopped baked ham
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup buttermilk

Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Sift dry ingredients together. Cut butter
into flour till it resembles texture of oatmeal. Stir in ham and
cheese. Stir in buttermilk till just mixed; do not overmix. On lightly
floured surface, roll out dough to 3/4 inch thickness. Cut into 2 1/2
inch biscuits. Gather scraps of dough, roll out once more and cut out
additional biscuits. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle with
remaining cheese. Bake 12-15 minutes till golden brown.
