QUICK MUFFIN BISCUITS

2 cups self-rising flour
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup milk

Mix together the flour, milk and mayonnaise in bowl. Spoon batter
into greased muffin pans, filling pans 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees
F. to 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes.

These muffins taste like light, light, fluffy biscuits, but they are much easier to make and you won't have tough, flat biscuits. Definitely give these a try.
