SOURDOUGH BRAN MUFFINS

2 c expanded sourdough
1/4 c shortening
2 eggs
1/2 c sugar or honey (best with honey)
1 t salt
1/4 c buttermilk
1 c All Bran
1/2 c bran flakes
about 2 T flour

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in rest
of stuff. Allow to sit one hour. Spoon into greased muffin tins.
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
