Friendship Cake
2/3 cup oil
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups Friendship starter
1 1/2 - 2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Beat the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light. Add the starter
and beat until smooth. Blend the dry ingredients together and then
fold into the wet mixture. Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake
for 40-45 min.
