Amish Cornbread with Amish Starter
1 cup Amish batter 2 eggs 1 1/2 cup milk 2 tsp sugar 1/2 cup flour 1 1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup oil 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder
Combine batter, eggs, milk, sugar, flour and cornmeal in large bowl and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add oil, soda, salt and baking powder.
Mix well and pour in well greased 9" pan. Bake at 425F for 25-30 minutes.
