Cheese Pepper Sour Cream Yeast Bread

1 pkg active dry yeast
1/4 cup hot water
2 1/3 cup unsifted flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp ground black pepper
butter flavored cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350. Dissolve yeast in hot water in large bowl.
Add 1 1/3 cup flour, sugar, salt, soda, sour cream and egg. Blend
30 seconds on low speed. Stir in remaining flour, cheese and pepper.
Divide batter evenly between 2 8x4" greased loaf pans. Let rise
about 1 1/2 hours or until doubled Bake 30 minutes. When done, take
out of pan and spray lightly with butter flavored cooking spray.
