Flat Bread

2 1/2 cup flour
1 pkg dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water with 1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup warm water with 1 tsp salt

Gently sprinkle yeast into sugar water, try not to make any lumps,
let stand 10 min. Pour salt water and sugar-yeast water to 1c flour
and mix well, add the remainder of the flour and knead on floured
board, 10 min. Add more flour as needed. Divide into 6 portions
and flatten into 1/2 or 3/4 inch circles. Fry in shallow pan of
oil til golden or bake at 425 for 8 - 12 min.
