2 c. starter
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
4 sm. apples, peeled and sliced

1/2 c. (1 stick) melted margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix starter, oil, sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda, baking powder,
cinnamon and salt. Mix until smooth. Pour half of batter in a
well-greased 9x13" pan.Cover batter in pan with apple slices.
Crumble half of the Streusel topping over the apples. Add rest of
batter and top with remaining streusel topping.Bake at 350 45-60
minutes.

this cake is the best ever very moist my whole family and friends love it . you have to make this it's so simply . the best apples to use with this is granny smith. enjoy!!
