Sour Cream Rolls
2-1/2 to 3 cup unbleached all-purpose flour or bread flour 2 Tbsp sugar 1 package (2-1/4 t.) active dry yeast 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup sour cream 1/3 cup warm water 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 2 eggs
Soften yeast in warm water. In medium bowl, combine dry ingredients and add liquids, making sure that melted butter is not too hot. Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead until it is smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Place dough in a greased bowl and cover. Allow to rise until double (about 1-1/2 hours). Punch down. You may then place three small balls (about the size of ping-pong balls) into greased muffin tins to make clover leaf rolls. Allow to rise until double, about 45 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until done. Remove from muffin tin and let cool on wire rack. Makes 1 dozen.

These rolls were wonderful. My kids loved them. I also made them to serve with spaghetti and added italian seasoning, garlic powder and grated parmesan cheese to the flour. They were great.
